You’re
ready to update & upgrade the most personal room in the house, where
does one begin? Bathrooms have become so much more than a place to wash
up. What is on your wish list? A fabulous shower with a rainhead & multiple
body sprays to invigorate your morning, a wonderful air massage tub to
relax you, or space for an elliptical machine? With all of life’s
many demands, why not make a necessary part of your day a pleasurable
part of your day? A well-designed, highly functional bathroom can do
just that. There are so many style options, product choices and materials
available that a knowledgeable, specialized bathroom designer has become
a crucial part of a successful renovation project.
There are endless
options for fixtures, materials and products, all of which will be combined
to create the bathroom that will look and function the way you dream
of it. Renaissance
Bath Design not only understands all aspects of a renovation, we know
what it takes to insure the project works so it doesn’t end up
as a pretty idea that isn’t functional. New materials, products,
technology and fabrication techniques are always being introduced and
at Renaissance, part of our job is to stay informed of what’s new
so we can be your best resource for everything related to the bathroom.
This will save you time, money and sanity!

The design and selection phase of the project
can be overwhelming and time consuming. Using a professional to guide
the project can make the difference between a frustrating, stressful
project with expensive “change
orders” and a fabulous bathroom that not only functions well and
looks beautiful, and minimizes the stress of remodeling and finishes
within the client’s budget expectations. The bathroom is where
you start and finish your day; why not make it the best it can be?
When a homeowner goes directly to the contractor for a bath renovation
project, they very likely receive a price to complete the job that includes
inadequate allowances or certain materials such as cabinetry and plumbing
fixtures “to be provided by homeowner”. This gives the homeowner
a very unrealistic idea of the final cost of their project. Much of the
cost of a bathroom project is the materials and fixtures. By working
with a designer to develop a reasonable budget and make appropriate selections,
the homeowner will have a much more realistic budget and be able to prioritize
selections before the project begins, rather that settling on unsatisfactory
selections as the project moves along in order to finish “on budget”. |
